Red sweet mild sparkling wine Dolcemente

A surprise and a discovery. “Dolcemente” (“Sweetly”) is a partially fermented grape must from 100% Brachetto grapes, whose fermentation has been interrupted before the full vinification, i.e. the transformation into wine, is complete. This technique gives “Dolcemente” a young red color and a fresh, low-alcohol, sweet and sparkling character which makes it ideal when paired to dessert. To be served chilled. The Brachetto grapes are very aromatic red grapes, known for the production of an excellent fruity and fresh red wine.
